Over the years, she has grown the business by offering friendly service and flexible menus for weddings, parties, corporate functions and private gatherings.
Amanda’s background includes working in renowned five-star kitchens such as The Park Hyatt and Ramada Renaissance in Sydney and Anchorage Port Stephens. Today, Amanda Douglass Catering Service is known locally for its strong community ties, trusted venue partnerships and unique outdoor Belltent Creations. With more than 20 years of experience, Amanda continues to serve the region with passion and care, making every event memorable.

Amanda’s passion for food and entertaining inspired her to create Belltent Creations as a way to combine great catering with unique, relaxed celebrations in Port Stephens. What started as an idea to offer something different has grown into one of her proudest achievements. Each tent is styled with care, filled with thoughtful touches and paired with menus designed to delight.
Amanda takes pride in making every setup feel special, whether it’s a birthday, a hens’ party or a casual gathering with friends. For her, it’s about more than catering; it’s about bringing people together, creating joy, and giving locals memorable experiences they’ll treasure.
