I am a qualified chef and have worked in many five star establishments, The Park Hyatt, Ramada Renaissance in Sydney and our very own Anchorage Port Stephens when first arriving in Port Stephens 22 years ago.
With the experience behind me and many weddings catered for, you can be ensured your event will run smoothly.
We can start with arranging an appointment to meet, where I can either come to you locally or arrange to meet at a venue of your choice.
I can design a menu that is going to suit you and your Budget and run through all the fine details of your special day.
I also provide staff for you, I believe that it is not just the food that makes your event, great staff will add to it.
(This option is at an additional cost of $33.00 per hour)

Served with a saffron infused mayonnaise and dusted with a lime salt

Tossed with Baby spinach leaves and cumin spiced butternut pumpkin, topped with roasted capsicum and Haloumi
BBQ MARINATED PRAWNS WITH CHORIZO
Tossed in a lemon butter
ROASTED CORN and AVOCADO SALSA
Tossed in olive oil and lime served with a selection garlic dipping breads
ROASTED LAMB and ROSEMARY
Sliced and placed on platters in centre of table marinated in lemon, garlic, seeded mustard and rosemary served in a light jus

Seared on the BBQ tossed in a sage butter
