I have a wide selection of menu options for you to choose from.

Catering menu’s to suit everybody’s needs and budget.

I like to sit down with you to design a menu for you and your guests, looking after anyone with dietary needs.

Using local Port Stephens suppliers and market fresh produce ensuring all of my food is kept at a premium standard, all  food is prepared by me, down to the relish that is put on your meat ball.

Rosemary Lamb Skewers

Marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, seeded mustard and rosemary, seared on the hot plate and tossed through a light Jus

Marinated in cumin, coriander and chilli, seared on the hot plate and served with a garlic yogurt

Filled with spinach, ricotta, doused in a garlic oil and grilled on the hotplate served with tzatziki

Tossed in a lemon parsley butter

A variety of fresh lettuce tossed with capsicum, cucumber and tomatoes tossed through with a light vinaigrette
