Selection of Baguettes, open sandwiches, and gourmet rolls

Roast beef, semi dried tomatoes and Persian feta and rocket

Smoked salmon, capers, spanish onion and a sour cream and dill dressing

Poached chicken, tossed with a mayonnaise, seeded mustard dressing and bacon

Ham with brie, tomato and basil

Egg, lettuce and mayonnaise

A Vegetarian and gluten free option if required

MORNING & AFTERNOON TEA OPTION CONFERENCE

select 3 items below for $8.00 per person + GST

Chocolate fudge cake (can be if GF is requested)

Puff pastry lemon tartlets

Freshly baked Scones served with jam and cream

Chorizo and onion,tomato and cheese tartlets

Homemade orange, chocolate and almond cookies
